Its location is unbeatable, really close to all the main tourist points, public water transport and Rialto Bridge and other good places, really quiet area. There is Caffe Del Doge nearby for a cup of coffee. The hotel has spotless and cosy rooms with individual bathroom. The quiet atmosphere when you walk in.

I enjoyed a nice size rooms with individual bathroom, and KIND staff. The location was excellent and incredible - only a short distance to everywhere I wanted to go. I visited Ristorante Omnibus, based around 4-6 minutes' walk from the hotel, had dinner there.

the check-in was quick and the atmosphere was quiet overall. they offered spotless and nicely furnished rooms with individual bathroom. location: the hotel was just off rialto bridge and other good places, all the main tourist points, and many good restaurants and shops nearby.

We had a lovely stay at Suite 707. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from all the attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast provided was basic, but it was sufficient for a quick bite before heading out for the day. We did experience a small issue with the shower leaking, but it was not a major inconvenience. we would definitely recommend Suite 707 for a pleasant stay in Venice.
